In-Studio Treatments: Visit my studio in Ville Saint-Laurent for a dedicated escape 

• 60 minutes: $100

• 75 minutes: $120

• 90 minutes: $140

Mobile At-Home Services:

• 60 minutes $120

• 75 minutes $140

• 90 minutes $160

Note: Mobile rates include a flat $20 travel and setup fee

A focused treatment targeting muscle tension, knots and physical fatigue.  Great for recovering from the Montreal hustle or sports-related tightness

Clinical Reflexology

A specialized pressure-point therapy on the feet and hands that stimulates the body's internal healing systems. Deeply relaxing and highly effective for stress and digestive health

The Signature Fusion (Most Popular)

The best of both worlds.  We combine the muscle-soothing benefits of massage with the systemic balancing of reflexology.  Recommended: 90 minutes for a full-body reset of 60 minutes massage and 30 reflexology

Booking Details

• Insurance Receipts: As a dual certified therapist, I provide receipts for your insurance claims under Massage Therapy and Naturopathy for reflexology

• Payment: I accept cash, E-Transfer, Credit and Debit (extra 2% charge)

• Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment
