What should I expect during my first session?
Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time. You will fill out an intake form. We will go over the form briefly and begin with a brief consultation to discuss your health history, any areas of pain and your goals for the treatment so I can tailor the treatment perfectly to you. Whether you have chosen massage, reflexology or a fusion of both, I will ensure the pressure and technique are tailored specifically to your comfort level.
Do I need to undress for Reflexology?
No. Reflexology is performed while you are fully clothed, except for your shoes and socks. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting pants that can easily be pushed up to the knee. If you choose a Signature Fusion (Massage + Reflexology), we will follow standard massage draping protocols to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times
Is Reflexology Painful?
Not at all. While some reflex points may feel tender or active if there is an imbalance in the corresponding body part, the overall experience should be deeply relaxing. I always encourage open communication regarding pressure
How often should I come for treatments?
This depends on your goals. For chronic tension or specific health concerns, a session every 1-2 weeks is often recommended initially. For general wellness and stress maintenance, once a month is a wonderful way to keep your body in balance
Can I get a treatment if I'm pregnant?
Yes and no. Not in the first trimester in Massage Therapy and not in the first and second trimester in reflexology.
Can I get a receipt?
Absolutely yes. I provide receipts under massage therapy and naturopathy for reflexology.
Note: Canada Life does not accept my receipts

Hydration is key. Drink plenty of water before and especially after your session. Bodywork helps release metabolic waste from the tissues, and staying hydrated helps your system flush these out efficiently
Eating Habits- Try to avoid eating a heavy meal at least one hour before your appointment. It's much easier to relax when your body isn't busy digesting a large lunch.
