Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens and plans change; however, to protect my schedule and allow other clients to book, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price
No-Shows: Will be charged the full 100% of the booked service price
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule for the next client, but the full service fee will still apply. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business.
Arrival & Timing
In-Studio: Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in
Mobile: I aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled start time to set up. Your hands-on time begins at the scheduled appointment time. If the setup is delayed due to the space not being ready, that time may be deducted from your treatment duration
Health & Safety
Clients are required to provide a truthful and complete health history on their intake form. If you have a contagious illness (flu, cold, etc.) or a fever, please reschedule. If I arrive for a mobile visit and you visibly ill, I may decline the service for safety reasons and a cacellation fee will apply
